What does the quote cover?

Your written proposal separates hosting, wine, glassware, venue and any travel costs, and confirms who provides each item. No purchase or date is committed by making an enquiry.

A tasting built around your guests

You do not need to know grape varieties or wine regions to enjoy a tasting. We start with what your group likes and use clear language to explore differences between wines. There is space for questions, conversation and discovering your own preferences.

A birthday, anniversary or gathering of friends can each call for a different pace. Tell Sergio about the occasion and whether you have a theme in mind. The proposal sets out a format that fits your group rather than a fixed selection chosen before we speak.

What we plan together

Sergio is based in Cork. Tastings at a client's home or another suitable venue are discussed individually, with space and setup confirmed before booking. Enquiries elsewhere in Ireland are considered according to availability and travel arrangements.

How to arrange your tasting

  1. Send your location, preferred date, group size and occasion.
  2. Discuss a suitable format and receive a written proposal.
  3. Confirm the agreed arrangements before the event is booked.

Questions before you book

Do we need any wine knowledge?

No. The experience is designed to be approachable, with explanations and questions adapted to the group.

Are wine and glassware included?

Supply and equipment arrangements vary by venue and format. Your written proposal confirms who provides each item and the full cost before you book.

How much does a private tasting cost?

The quote depends on your group, format, location and wine arrangements. Share those details to receive a proposal for your event.

Can someone take part without tasting alcohol?

Yes. Tell Sergio when planning so that participation and any non-alcoholic drinks can be discussed with the organiser.
