Team gatherings & client events
Corporate wine tastings for teams in Ireland
Give colleagues and guests a shared experience beyond the usual meeting room. Sergio Rubí hosts approachable wine events built around conversation, curiosity and the people taking part.

A shared experience, with room for conversation
A team social and a client gathering need different formats. We begin with the purpose of your event: time to connect, a guided introduction to wine, or a tasting as part of a wider programme. No prior wine knowledge is needed.
The format can combine short explanations, discussion and guided comparison of wines. The aim is an enjoyable shared experience, without putting guests on the spot or making participation depend on drinking alcohol.
Planning with your organiser
- Event purpose, preferred date and estimated number of adults.
- Location, room layout and available time.
- Wine, glassware, water and any food arrangements.
- Participation preferences and options for guests not drinking alcohol.
- Budget, purchasing process and the person approving the booking.
You receive a written proposal describing the agreed format, responsibilities and total payable. Travel, setup and equipment are clarified before confirmation.
Based in Cork, planning for your location
Cork is Sergio's base. Enquiries from other locations in Ireland are assessed against travel, availability and the venue's setup. Coverage does not mean every location has the same cost or that a date is already available.
Event agencies and hotel organisers are welcome to enquire. We agree who coordinates the group and provides the venue and materials so the event has a clear point of contact.
